Data you give us. When you use the contact form or write to us by email, we receive your name, company, email address, phone number, country and the content of your message.

Technical data. Like any website, our hosting infrastructure processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you visit, together with data stored through cookies and similar browser storage. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data or data from children.

Responding to your enquiry (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). When you send us a message, we use your details to reply and to discuss a possible business relationship.

Business communication and commercial relationship (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)). We use business contact details to manage enquiries, quotations, orders and ongoing communication with trade partners.

Website operation and security (legitimate interest). Technical data is used to keep the site available, secure and working correctly.

Non-essential cookies (consent). Any analytics or embedded third-party content is only loaded if you accept it in the cookie banner.

Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)). Accounting and tax records are kept as required by Portuguese law.

Enquiry data is kept for as long as the commercial relationship is active and for up to two years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law (for example invoicing records, kept for ten years under Portuguese tax rules). Cookie-related storage is kept for the period described in the Cookie Policy.

We never sell, rent or trade personal data. We do not use your details for unrelated third-party marketing.

We work with a small number of service providers who act as processors under contract:

• Website hosting and infrastructure — our hosting provider (Lovable, running on cloud infrastructure including Supabase and Cloudflare) stores and serves the site and processes technical log data.
• Email provider — used to receive and reply to your messages.
• Analytics — we do not currently use an analytics tool. If we add one, it will only run after you accept analytics cookies, and this policy will be updated.

Our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by Standard Contractual Clauses together with appropriate technical safeguards. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards in place.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased;
• restrict how we process your data;
• object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
• receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
